Q: Which payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all types of Credit Cards (International/Indian) and Debit Cards (Indian) for making the payment. COD (Cash on Delivery) option is also available on selected locations within India.


Q: I have ordered the wrong item/size by mistake. Can I edit my order?

A: The order can be edited within 24 hours of order placing. An email needs to be sent on info@urmifashion.com regarding the same. A response regarding the same will be sent within 24 hours of mail sent.

 

Q: I changed my mind and want to cancel my order. How do I do that?

A: For cancelling the order an email needs to be sent on info@urmifashion.com. The cancellation will be entertained if the product is not arranged/shipped/processed for stitching. Confirmation for cancellation will be given through email and the Refund will be processed as per 90%.

 

Q: How can I place an order?

A: Placing an order is very easy:

First Time users can go on our website using the link and create your account: http://www.urmifashion.com/

Once you log-in to your account, you can select your product and place an order. Upon clicking on 'Buy Now' button and the website will redirect you to the Cart / Check out process.

The payment can be done online using your credit card and up on completion of order, you will receive an email for the Order Confirmation Number as well.

 

Q: How can I pay with PayPal?

A: PayPal is one of the most preferred Payment Gateway across the world. Using PayPal, you can pay via your own PayPal account if you have or you can also pay directly through your Credit Card. You do not need to open a PayPal account to pay us.


Note : If Customer using PayPal to pay the amount than the he/she needs to pay 10% extra in his/her billing amount.

 

Q: How can I check if I am eligible for COD?

A: It is very simple! Open any product and enter your Pin Code in the 'BOX' given on right side below the image. Click on 'Verify' Button and you will be able to check the eligibility of the delivery.

 

Q: Is it Safe to make payment online on your website?

A: It is 100% safe and secure to make a Payment online as all the payments are processed via Secured Payment Gateways.

We never ask our customer to provide Card Number directly on our website or on phone. We never charge any Credit Card directly as well; every transaction is done through Secured Payment Gateway only. Thus it is always safe and secured to make a payment online through the Website.

Q: I found an item I would like to purchase however my size is not showing up.

A: Generally the sizes updated on the website are the ones provided by the manufacturer. So if any of the size is not showing up then the availability of that size is not possible.

 

Q: Are there any restrictions on discounts coupons?

A: There are no restrictions on the discounts. However the discount codes will not be applicable during the Sale or on already discounted products. Also we do not offer discount on the shipping charges.

 

Q: A Product I have seen is no longer available (Do you restock items?)

A: On regular basis the stock updates are done on the website.  If any of the design goes out of stock then there are very little chances of restocking of that design.

  

Q: How can I submit measurements for the blouse if I order a Saree or Lehenga Choli?

A: You can submit the measurements for your Blouse using the below link available on our website:

If it is a Lehenga Choli, then for the Choli same link as Blouse Measurement is to be used and for the lehenga you need to mention your Waist Size and Length (Waist to Floor) in inches, in the 'Other Details' section.

 

Q: How can I add instructions to my order?

A: You can mention the instructions in the 'Comment Box'. You will be able to see it in 'Step 5' i.e. Order Overview.
If at all you miss to mention then you can email to us on info@urmifashion.com our team will check your order and will revert back to your email.

 

SHIPPING / RETURNS RELATED FAQS


Q: Do you ship your products to all countries?

A: Yes, we ship all our products to worldwide.

 

Q: I do not like a product that I received, Can I return this product?

A: We would be able to accept returns for all eligible products. For such concern, you need to write to us on info@urmifashion.com within 24 hours of the delivery made.  Please check the returns policy mentioned on the website, to understand if the product that you ordered is eligible for return.

 

Q: How long will it take to receive my refund after I shipped my return?

A: Refunds are initiated from our side only after we receive the goods at our end in its original condition. The Quality Check team from their end checks for the defect and once the defect is rectified we do the process for the Refund.

 

Q: What do you mean by Custom duty Charges?

A: Custom duty is a kind of indirect tax which is levied on the import and export of goods of international trade. Duties levied by the government in relation to imported items are referred to as import duty. The custom duty charges are decided solely by the local government of the receiver. The weight of the package, the value and the dimensions or other criteria, play a role in determining the custom duty/ local taxes/ VAT on the package.

 

Q: Why should I pay the custom duties?

A: Custom duty charges/ VAT/ Import duty, are solely under the discretion of the local governments and as a seller, we have no control over the same. Your country's Import Rules and regulations play a vital role in determining the Custom duties/ VAT/ Import duties etc.

 

Q: Which are the couriers you use to ship the products?

A: We use reputed couriers like DHL, Fedex, UPS, Aramex based on the destination of delivery. The concern department decides which courier services to be used according to the destination country.

 

Q: Would you be able to ship my products in different packages?

A: Such decisions are made, based on the order placed. Please email us with your order number and the request. We shall get back to you based on the order that's placed.

 

Q: Can I track the package once you ship it from India?

A: Yes, you would receive an email with the Airway Bill Number of the courier once it is shipped. You would be able to track it with the respective courier in 24 hours.

 

Q: What will be the Shipping Charge for my order?

A: The shipping charges are calculated on the basis of approximate weight of product and the destination country. Thus, they may vary depending on the products selected and the shipping address.

You can check/ask the shipping charges while checking out for your order.


 

Q: How long does it take for a product to arrive at my address?

A: Every product needs different processing time to get ready and shipped from our side. The processing time is mentioned on our website in the respective product's description. Stitching on any of the product/s will take additional 5-7 working days.

 

Q: Can I get products faster than processing time mentioned on website?

A: Yes, there is a possibility. Usually the products get ready as per the mentioned time but upon customer's request we can check if the order can be shipped early. You need to write an email us at info@urmifashion.com for such concerns.

However, it is recommended to ask us in prior before you placing an order so that we can check the availability and assist you accordingly.
